I stay up to date on the most advanced web based technology the real estate industry has to offer. This knowledge is a tool that gives my clients an edge in the international marketplace we live in. My buyers know what comes to the market first because they are connected to the market via my search portal with daily email updates. My sellers get the most exposure to active home hunters with internet marketing campaigns.
BUT… As helpful as technology can be, it is not technology alone that gets my job done…
